Tired of the subpar customer service and prescription delays that I was experiencing at a national pharmacy chain, I recently switched to John’s. First of all, it was refreshing to get a real, empathetic person on the phone, especially when navigating something as important as medication. John’s immediately transferred over my prescriptions, communicating with me at every step and explaining insurance/payment options that reduced my out-of-pocket cost. At the national chain, I waited for days to have one particularly crucial prescription filled without explanation. John’s had it ready for pickup in a few minutes. If you want to be treated like a human whose health and well-being are valued, support a local business and go to John’s!

Knock-your-socks-off service 🧦 I needed antibiotics for salmonella poisoning and I’d already had many delays in care (started seeking care Monday, got antibiotics Friday). The final straw was a big box pharmacy whose automated system & app did not show I had any prescriptions available and I even waited on hold for a real person over 45 minutes. I asked my doc to send the script to John’s based on Google reviews and 30 minutes later they called, and they even resolved a problem caused by the script originally being sent to that big box 2.5 star pharmacy. WOW! When you’re desperate for your prescription it really matters where you fill it. I’m so grateful!

I switched from Costco roughly 2 years ago and it's been a better experience every time. I liked Costco, and I'm biased towards local businesses, but John's is legit.

This has been the best decision I have ever made.Ive been using Walgreens for at least 25 years nothing but problems and more problems. John's Pharmacy has been the best decision again and again. Never any problems like Walgreens

I never have to wait in line for my meds.They always call me.Let me know everything's okay.John's a great pharmacist.He really cares about his patients and make sure that we are mindful and knowledgeable about the medicines we take to get better.I suggest, is pharmacy.Refer people all the time.Thanks, john and mike for everything.

sooooooo much better than walgreens/cvs/any chain corporate pharmacy. everyone who works here is very helpful and friendly. best pharmacy in the city.

John’s Pharmacy is a very professional pharmacy. Not only are they kind but they really work very hard with you if they cannot find a medication that you need they will look somewhere else. Don’t think Walgreens or Walmart would ever do that for anybody. I really appreciate them very much and I have chosen them to be my regular pharmacy from now on.

I’m so glad we stopped going to Walgreens and started getting our prescriptions here instead. It feels good to know there are small, locally-owned places with integrity like this one still in business. The staff here are all friendly and knowledgeable, and John is a lifesaver. He knows his clients, remembers their stories and makes sure they’re taken care of.
